By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Sales

All photo purchases are final. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, refunds or exchanges are not available once an order has been placed.

Digital Downloads

Digital images are provided for personal use only. Images may be printed and shared for personal purposes, but may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Print Products

Prints are professionally produced through a professional photo lab. Minor color variations between screens and printed products are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Shipping & Delivery

Print orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by a professional print lab. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. Reprints due to loss or theft after delivery may require an additional charge.

Image Selection

Parents are responsible for final image selection and any cropping choices made during checkout. Images are printed exactly as submitted. The photographer is not responsible for unintended cropping, cut-off details, or composition issues resulting from customer-selected crops.

Gallery Availability

Online galleries are available for a limited time. Please place orders promptly before the gallery expiration date.
